When your Notion CRM template isn’t enough
A Notion template is a great start: free, flexible, next to your docs. It also means you’re the one building and fixing the CRM. Here’s one that’s already built.

Where a Notion CRM gets hard
- Nothing tells you which deals have no next step, so follow-ups slip.
- Each new view, relation or formula is something you build and maintain.
- Large databases can feel slow to open and filter.
- A record’s history is page edits, not a timeline of calls, notes and tasks.

What you get with no setup
- A pipeline board with stages that make sense on day one. Add more pipelines when you need them.
- People and companies, each with a page of their deals, tasks and notes.
- Tasks with due dates, a week calendar, and a Today page with what’s overdue or has no next step.
- Reports: deals expected within 30 days, close dates that have passed, and top lost reasons.
Fast with a lot of data
Every record, search and drag responds at once, even with 10,000 contacts. How we measure
Moving your Notion database
- In Notion, open the database’s ••• menu, choose Export, and pick Markdown & CSV. The CSV file is inside the zip.
- Import the CSV in Really Fast CRM. Match each column to a field, or create a custom field for it.
- Check the preview before anything is saved, and undo the whole import in one click if something’s wrong.
A good fit if
- You built a CRM in Notion and now maintain it
- Follow-ups slip through
- Your database is getting slow
Probably not if
- You want your CRM inside your wiki
- You need to design every field and view yourself
Questions
Can I keep my docs in Notion?
Yes. Keep Notion for docs and projects, and use Really Fast CRM for people, deals and follow-ups.
Do Notion relations come across?
Not as links. A relation exports as text, so check the preview: the cleanest way is to import companies, then people, then deals.
Is there a free plan?
No, but there’s a 7-day free trial without a card. After that it’s $5 per user a month billed yearly, or $6 monthly. Pricing
