A CRM you can use from ChatGPT

Connect it

Our app is waiting for its place in ChatGPT’s app directory. Until then, you add it in developer mode, on a paid ChatGPT plan:

• In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced, and turn on Developer mode.
• Click Create, and paste https://app.reallyfastcrm.com/mcp.
• Sign in with Google or an email link. New here? That creates your account and a workspace, with a 7-day free trial and no card.
• Click Allow. In a chat, choose the app from the “+” menu, then ask.

What you can ask

• “What needs my attention today?” Overdue tasks, today’s tasks, and deals with no next step or no work for 14 days.
• “What do we know about Acme?” The company, its people, its deals and the latest notes.
• “How does my pipeline look?” Open deals and their value, by stage.
• “Add Anna Kowalska from Acme, and a call with her on Friday.”
• “Move the Acme deal to Proposal sent” or “mark it won”.

What it can’t do

• Delete anything, send email, or change settings, members or billing.
• See more than you can. It works with your access, and every change shows in the record’s history under your name.
• Keep working after you disconnect it: Settings → Connected apps → Disconnect.

The CRM behind it

ChatGPT is one way in. The app itself has the pipeline board, people and companies, tasks with a week calendar, a Today page, reports, and import from CSV or Pipedrive. One plan with everything: $5 per user a month billed yearly, $6 monthly.
