Your CRM, from ChatGPT and Claude

Claude (desktop, web and mobile)

1. On a Pro or Max plan: open Settings → Connectors, choose “Add custom connector”, and paste the address below. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner adds it for the organization, then each person clicks Connect.
2. Sign in to Really Fast CRM in the window that opens, and click Allow.
3. In a chat, turn the connector on from the “+” menu, then ask.

ChatGPT

1. Until our app is in ChatGPT’s app directory, ChatGPT adds it in developer mode, on paid plans: Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced → Developer mode, then Create, and paste the address below.
2. Sign in to Really Fast CRM in the window that opens, and click Allow.
3. In a chat, choose the app from the “+” menu, then ask.

What it can do

• Read your people, companies, deals, tasks and notes, in every workspace you belong to.
• Show your day, as on the Today page, and your pipeline by stage.
• Add people, companies, deals, notes and tasks; mark tasks done; move deals, or mark them won or lost.

What it can't do

• Delete anything, send email, or change settings, members or billing.
• See more than you can: it works with your access, and the changes show in each record’s history under your name.
• Keep working after you disconnect it: Settings → Connected apps → Disconnect stops it at its next request.
